Running is NOT bad for your knees.

While the problem looks like it is in the feet, this misalignment is actually caused by an imbalance in the hip muscles: glutes, quads, hamstrings, adductors, abductors. This creates knee prematurely wears out the joints.
This is very easy to fix when the alignment bodywork is done before your knees and hips wear out.
Notice the red physio tape on this tennis player's right knee. She was already being treated by a therapist who decided to use a "band-aid approach". The result? A massive ankle injury during a tournament.

It is always best to work on the source of the knee pain and fix the misalignment of the hips, knees and feet. Do not tape over the problem!
